Shipment processing time:
Orders are processed on weekdays and we strive to fill your order either same day, or the next business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Orders are shipped on week days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during peak times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Glitter Boutique Canada is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Orders are shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at check out.
Please only choose the free pick up option if you are able to pick your order up in Lloydminster, SK. If you choose the free pick up option, but require your order to be shipped, a $1.50 invoicing fee will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, shipping times may take longer than normal.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you have chosen trackable shipping, your email confirmation will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to be able to track your package, you must choose a trackable shipping option.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Glitter Boutique Canada is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Packages
Glitter Boutique Canada is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please take careful note of the shipping option you choose, and whether or not it includes insurance for lost or damaged items.
